Loan Applications

The mortgage application process can be complex so to help you we provide two ways of applying for a Coldwell Mortgage loan.

You'll receive a loan decision for FREE and if approved, your approval is valid for 90 days. If you choose to secure your mortgage with us, you'll be asked to provide your credit card information, which will be charged a $590.00 NON-REFUNDABLE fee to reserve funds. Once you have provided your credit card information you can expect your pre-approval documentation to arrive shortly thereafter.

Online approval is subject to you providing accurate and complete approval information that meets applicable secondary market credit and property approval guidelines.

Short Loan Application Form This form will enable Coldwell Mortgage Services to assess your borrowing capacity based on limited information.

Full Loan Application Form This form will enable Coldwell Mortgage Services to totally assess your information and provide you with a conditional approval.
